We are looking for a medior Machine Learning Engineer who knows how to take a wide variety of data and AI driven models into production. You will use this experience to guide data scientists and data engineers in Randstad’s data science capability towards developing production-ready and scalable AI applications. Therefore, at least 3 years of relevant professional experience are required. Your responsibility includes testing, deploying and scaling of data science models as well as challenging data scientists on their solution and improving their quality of code. For this, you will need to feel at home at the intersection between data science and software development.
You may come from a science background or have experience in an environment driven by scientific methodology. You know your machine learning and statistics and can apply your skills to solve real world problems. Most importantly, you are a good communicator and are able to explain complex problems and engineering challenges to your junior colleagues.

At our head office in Diemen, where over 150 IT professionals work and experiment with new technology all day. You will work in one of the 24 DevOps teams, but by no means in a silo. Because thanks to our agile mindset, numerous tribes - as we call them – work together on the same product or service.
